Training & Consultation
Training and clinical consultation is provided to educators, schools, school districts, clinicans, clinical teams, and caregivers who are supporting neurodivergent children, including those with PDA profiles. The work focuses on helping the adults around a child better understand the child’s needs and developing ways for home, school, and other settings to work together more effectively.
Consultation may include IEP team collaboration, training for educators and providers, placement considerations, and in-home or school observations. This work is guided by a person-in-environment perspective, looking at the child within the context of their relationships and daily environments.
The goal is to support shared understanding among the adults involved and to identify practical ways to support regulation, participation, and connection.
Program Development
Collaboration with administrators and staff to design or adjust programs so they better support neurodivergent students and the adults working with them.
Staff Support & Training
Guidance and practical strategies for educators and providers as they implement new approaches within classrooms or program settings.
The aim of this work is to help schools and organizations develop systems that better support students while also making the work more manageable for staff and families.
Program Assessment
Review of existing special education or therapeutic programs to understand what is working well, where challenges are emerging, and where changes may be helpful.
